Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Govt of Kerala invites application for the For Admission to following Professional Degree Courses

Engineering Courses:

·         Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)

·         B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) [B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.)]

·         B.Tech. (Dairy Science & Technology) [B.Tech. (D.Sc. & Tech.)]

·         B.Tech. (Food Engineering) [B.Tech. (Food Engg.)]

Architecture Course :

·         Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

Medical Courses :

·         Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

·         Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

·         Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS)

·         Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)

Agriculture & Forestry Courses:

·         Bachelor of Science-Agriculture [BSc. Hons.(Ag.)]

·         Bachelor of Science-Forestry [BSc. Hons.(Forestry)]

Veterinary Course:

·         Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (BVSc. & AH)

·         Fisheries Course :

How to Apply:

Online Submission of Application : www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Online submission of application is required to apply for the Entrance Examination for admission to all the courses (Medical, Engineering and Architecture). If a candidate submits more than one application his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.

Application Fee:

A candidate who does not belong to SC/ST communities will be treated as ‘General’ candidate for the collection of application fee. The application fee for all candidates will be as follows:

General: Rs.700/-

SC / ST: Rs.350/-

(a) ST candidates whose annual family income is below Rs.40,000/- are exempted from payment of application fee on condition that they produce income certificate and caste certificate from the Revenue Authority.

Important Dates:

Date of Entrance exam: 19-Feb-2012 (Sunday)

1. Sale of Security Cards along with Prospectus through selected Post Offices and Online Application submission : From 19.01.2012 (Thursday)

2. Last date for sale of Security Cards: 14.02.2012 (Tuesday)

3. Last date for receipt of Online Application submission: 14.02.2012, 5 pm (Tuesday)

4. Last date for receipt of Online Application Print out along with supporting documents: 15.02.2012 (Wednesday)

5. Date for downloading Online Admit Cards: 24.03.2012 (Saturday)

6. Date & Time of Entrance Examination:
Engineering: Physics & Chemistry (P-I) :           23.04.2012, 10 am to 12.30 pm
Mathematics (P-II) :                                               24.04.2012, 10 am to 12.30 pm

Medical: Chemistry & Physics (P-I) : 25.04.2012, 10 am to 12.30 pm
Biology (P-II) : 26.04.2012, 10 am to 12.30 pm

7. Centre of Examination: As indicated in the Admit Card

8. Time Schedule for the Examination (IST) : Engg P-I, P-II & Med P-I, P-II

(a) Entry to the Examination Hall: 9.30 am

(b) Distribution of Question Booklet: 9.55 am

(c) Opening of the Question Booklet and

Commencement of Examination: 10.00 am

(d) Latest entry to the Examination Hall: 10.30 am

(e) Conclusion of Examination: 12.30 pm

9. Materials permitted in the examination hall: Admit Card, Card Board/Clip Board, Ball-Point pens (with Black or Blue ink only)

10. Rough work: All rough work are to be done in the

Question Booklet only. The candidate shall not do any rough work or put Stray Mark(s) on the OMR answer sheet.

11. Declaration of Results:
Medical: On or before 25.05.2012
Engineering: On or before 25.06.2012

12. Centralised Allotment Process (CAP-2012) : See Clause 11

13. Certificates/documents to be produced at the time of admission

(a) Admit Card issued by CEE.

(b) Certificate to prove Date of Birth.

(c) Original Mark List to prove academic eligibility.

(d) Pass Certificate (if obtained).

(e) Any other documents as mentioned in clause 11
